I have had the pleasure of knowing Anne for several years, working as partners in public health to improve the population's health. Most recently, we worked together as facilitators at a regional summit for HHS to identify best practices and challenges in planning for medical countermeasure distribution in a public health incident. Anne's knowledge of the public health process was invaluable to discussions and interactions with local, state, and federal health officials. Anne was compelling as a speaker on the future of public health planning for at-risk populations and those with functional needs. She is clearly well-informed on public health, healthcare, and hospital operations and how we must address the next generation of the population.
