Caroline Barnhill, MPHI have had the pleasure of knowing Anne for several years, working as partners in public health to improve the population's health. Most recently, we worked together as facilitators at a regional summit for HHS to identify best practices and challenges in planning for medical countermeasure distribution in a public health incident. Anne's knowledge of the public health process was invaluable to discussions and interactions with local, state, and federal health officials. Anne was compelling as a speaker on the future of public health planning for at-risk populations and those with functional needs. She is clearly well-informed on public health, healthcare, and hospital operations and how we must address the next generation of the population.
